Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court conciliation is available. On application, it can be conducted by the competent Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main (pursuant to § 73 (2) no. 3 in conjunction with § 73 (5) BRAO) or by the Conciliation Body of the Legal Profession (§ 191f BRAO) at the Federal Bar (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer).
