Dr. Björn Bronger has many years’ operational experience at an international investment bank in the field of structuring and financing. Prior to that, he spent over a decade as an attorney at two international law firms and in the legal department of an international organisation, advising on corporate, financing and capital markets law.
This interplay enables Dr. Bronger to assess transactions from a structural, economic and legal perspective, allowing him to offer his clients a unique 360-degree advisory service.
With professional experience spanning more than 80 nationalities, Dr. Bronger is able to adapt himself perfectly to his international clients, their interests and international matters.
